Great morning place to meet. My chai tea latte, chocolate chip cookie, and sandwich were fantastic. The only thing was it rained, and we sat on chairs that we thought were dried off. Off, we go with soggy bottoms but full tummies 😉

Both locations are obviously having significant problems attracting employees who take pride in their work. We have gone to each location on multiple occasions, ready to be loyal customers and great tippers. Yet the service continues to be slow, attitudes are poor, and employees seem to be put out that we are there…they definitely don’t show appreciation for us as their paying guests. No smiles, no welcoming words. Is management aware of this? Is anyone teaching the customer facing employees to provide good service??
