vehicle I asked for was not available and I was told that just because I reserved a car a month and a half ago, it did not matter that I told them what kind all I was guaranteed was a car. not the specific car I reserved. why do you ask what I want if you are not going to make sure you have it.

My mom got a rental car from here and the car smelled terribly like smoke, the windshield had chips in it, the right tail light was busted and broken, the passenger back seat belt didn’t even work. It would not retract so she wasn’t even able to buckle her grand children into the car. The tags were two months expired. Absolutely disgusted with the car and can’t believe they gave her an illegal trashed car that cost her $600!
