Would not recommend. Used to be great until they put a bunch of corporate policies in place, now it's just another gym that wants your money. Currently stuck paying $90 monthly for a plan that I didn't originally sign up for and can't change, an app that doesn't work and now stuck paying an extra month for canceling without 30 days notice which is something I was not informed of until I went to cancel. This began as an activity and place that was really positive and has turned into total frustration and disappointment, unfortunately an experience I now regret. Look elsewhere.

This place was so very special to my dad, as it participated in a program called Rock Steady for people with Parkinson's. Meeting up with his friends that had the same struggles was everything to him. He looked forward to it and even wrote articles about how much it helped his body to box. He made countless friendships with people like him. One friend and spouse even came to my grandfarther's funeral two hours away. But due to money - the gym cut this vital, life-preserving program. And gave a week of notice to the boxers. A week. Really devastating for my dad. It was exercise, community and something to look forward to during a difficult time of life. Why does everything have to be about money?
