The cashiers are extremely nice, but the business component at this particular Joann’s is missing and truly need to look at customer service holistically when it comes to convenience. The lanes are extremely long with 30+minutes of waiting in line (without it being a holiday weekend). Therefore, I decide to order online to skip the store only for the system to cancel the order (this has happened on several occasions). I’m not sure if they can handle the number of customers coming in, but I really don’t want to stop shopping here; however, I will now take the extra time to drive to Shawnee to avoid the business fiasco that takes place at this location. Nice people working that needs help supplying the demand. Joann’s corporate office, please help this location be successful. Thank you!

The 114th & Metcalf location is a JoAnnEtc location. They do carry more selection and options for such crafting, they have more options for accoutrement & trim too. I Kind think of that store as a JoAnn & a Michael's combined with plenty of selection(s) in all sewing & crafting categories.
