I was excited to consult with Dr. Tann because of the amazing reviews. I scheduled the appointment and received a phone message from the office approximately two weeks later stating they needed to go over my insurance benefits. I called back twice trying to get in contact with the office and no one bothered to return the message. When I finally got in contact with the office they had no idea what I was talking about. I was told unless I had a name of who called they couldn’t help me. They didn’t leave a name so I couldn’t provide them one. The customer service was so bad I just cancelled the appointment. I’ve been a healthcare provider for 16 years and your first impression of a provider is your interaction with the front desk and I lost trust with this interaction. Very disappointed but I know there are other amazing physicians throughout the metro that would be happy to assist me. Update: I received a call back from a wonder individual at the office that made everything right and I’m excited to proceed with the appointment.

I can't praise Dr. Scott and his staff enough for the fantastic care and concern he provides regarding my health. He cares and he listens. When you are not getting the answers and care you deserve, please schedule an appointment with Dr. Scott. He is an expert in complex cases. It will be the best decision you've ever made in your life.

The meeting with the doctor Tann was very informative and helpful. I felt heard for the first time in a long time regarding my weight issues. I'm looking forward to going thrift this journey with them. The only cons are that they do not have any sense of urgency it took them 4 days with me calling everyday to send my prescription to my pharmacy and over a week with zero return calls to even get my husband an update on his prescriptions. If you are ready to get started know that they are not in as big of a hurry as you are and they won't return your messages.
