Dmv kiosk doesn't work and there is a 2% additional charge just for using the kiosk.

On June 6th 2020 I sent in thru the mail a vehicle registration renewal along with full payment but I still have not heard or got a new registration card and sticker. What can I do to resolve this issue. The check has not cleared or came back.

Thank you for this question. Same here. I have been renewing online for 3 years. Usually my stickers come in the mail in about 7 to 9 days. Still have not received them. I am wondering if this kiosk will be helpful and just printing my stickers out if it show that they are paid already. I went back to the DMV vehicle renewal portal and put my information in again and it show that my vehicle has already been paid for. I just wanted to double check. I think I will go to the kiosks and see if I can print them at least. Hopefully an answers comes through.
