Well I actually drove from Whittier to Fontana which is a drive but we'll with it. At this point we had a big issue with transferring the Title in my name and so much paperwork Fernanda spoke with me over the phone and assured me they can help. Jasmin helped me when I went in she did everything for me and honestly only took like 15 minutes what took me weeks of a headache was fixed with her in 15 minutes. I got my Registration and stickers that day I'm supposed to get my title in the mail within 10-15 days there's supposed to be no problems. I will write an update upon that but as of now I give a 5 star and would definitely come back well worth the drive. Well if any problems occur with Title I'll make an update but very much satisfied at this time thank you ladies for your support. Update: Got my pink slip no problems just like they said so they helped me with so much thank you ladies I definitely would come back and refer friends and family.

I’ve never had to ever write a bad review on any place I And I support small business because I was a previous business owner and I know it’s hard out there but my god the employees running this branch are very rude and unprofessional when it comes to dealing with customer’s and when i asked for a manager they failed to provide a number or email or any form of contact i had to do a transfer tile 1/28/22 and the lady by the name of jasmine was the one helping me out with the service but unfortunately she make a big mistake and misspelled my home address and that was the reason why I have not received my title in almost 2 months when I hand you my driver license so you can look at the address and input the info but anyway moving forward I know we all make mistakes but when you take the time and reach out so they can fix their error that they messed up and like I said these ladies are helpless and useless telling me that I have to pay again in order for them to fix the problem horrible experience

Horrible experience at this business. In October of 2020 we took paper work in to delete lien holder on a commercial vehicle. After 5 months of dealing with those bad folks we received a new registration card torn. Not a surprise. We do not recommend them at all and we hope they go out of business soon for bad practices and customer service. $300 for a really horrible experience not worth it, take your business elsewhere.
