I am a 1st time 🐶 mommy. I brought my lil Lulu here for her 1st exam and the vet and tech were super great. I had a million and one questions and they didn’t mind answering them all. I left with no doubts in my mind and more educated in the care of my baby. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and anyone that asked. Staff is very friendly. Location is clean. They make you feel welcomed since the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. Shout out to Andrew (tech). Thanks for being so patient with us.

Our local vets have to do better. My bad experience started when I took in my rescued kitty a couple days prior to get checked out for an eye infection. Even though it said “open” on their online hours, i get there and they refuse to see her cause they were “closed.” Then yesterday I walk in literally choking from crying because my kitty was weak and unresponsive and nurse takes my kitty to the back and not even 2 minutes later comes back and tells me there’s nothing they can do and my kitty is about to take her last breath. Totally understandable that they couldn’t do much to save her. What upset me about this experience was how insensitive it was that they were pushing and pursuing to euthanize her but were trying to “negotiate” fees with me for the procedure even after I had told them I did NOT want to proceed. I mentioned that I might just take her to an emergency vet and the lady told me in a very condescending way “well you’ll just have to pay more over there and they won’t be able to save her.” I ended up just taking my kitty with me. I have always heard bad things about this place but now I actually believe it. I am TRAUMATIZED from how my experience went. I was so choked up from crying that I wasn’t even able to speak on my frustrations at the moment, but now looking back I am so furious at how this was handled lacking so much sensitivity for being an animal hospital. I hope to not see a comment from this place trying to justify their staff’s actions. No pet owner should ever have to go through this.

I usually have no issues with this place. Great place but one of the front desk receptionists could use more customer service training. Called to get some records for my pup and sounded very annoyed. Sounded like she was in a hurry to hang up, mind you the call lasted last than 5 mins. Other than that, love this place. The vets and vet techs are some of the sweetest helpful people!

This vet clinic is the best! They were the vet for our Weimaraner for 9 years. Unfortunately we lost her to bone cancer. But we also have our 1 yr old chocolate Doberman/lab mix being seen there. Even though they do not serve as equine vets when my horse needed to be seen for an urgent matter they gave a recommendation for a vet that could help. Being there were no equine vets in my area excepting new patients. This vet office is so professional and caring. I give them top recommendations!!! I have never known another vet office in my lifetime that was as good as this vet office.
