This Vintage Stock had a good amount of product and I was able to add some new Funkos and Figures to my collection. However there was a bucket of old moldy water just sitting under the water fountain. Why the heck is this just sitting there and not being cleaned out? It's pretty disgusting.

Yes they do. I think they charge a small fee if it's not something you bought from them. I've had one CD done and it was great.
Ive never seen/heard of them doing appraisals on anything regarding vintage toys, but if you call the store, they should be able to give you a better answer
They usually run about 75 used to 165 new depending on if it is a special edition.
