We placed a mobile order for pickup at the restaurant. Once we arrived at the drive thru line, we waited over 30 minutes to get to the order speaker where we sat for 10 minutes until we pulled up to the window. We were informed they still needed to make the order and to pull forward so they could serve others. We asked for a refund since it had been over 45 minutes, and were told they could NOT refund our order and we would need to wait for it because they don’t know how to find the mobile order in the system. We were out of time so we had to leave. We never received food for an order that was pre-placed and supposed to be ready within 10 minutes. I have tried reaching out to the store with 4 phone calls and they do not answer. I have emailed corporate with no reply thus far, and have had no luck finding a corporate phone number. I received a survey, and when you click the “extremely dissatisfied” option it takes you to a random website, not the survey.

Love the feel of this place, its like visiting my grandparents for breakfast. Very nostalgic of country life. Friendly staff. Popular opinion: they HAVE the best chicken biscuit.

It was actually really good. Better than Wendy’s or McDonald’s 7 days a week. They used real angus beef for the burgers and real chicken etc. it was really good they deserve more business. See photos. The food is great quality especially for a “fast food” place

So usually I don’t want to leave bad reviews of places, but I figured I would make an exception when there was a rock in my food. Ordered a chicken biscuit with a side of sausage gravy. Pretty sure the rock was in the gravy because I didn’t find it until I bit down it. A bit disappointing.
