The worst experience I've had at any Wendy's in over 30 years of going to Wendy's. I ordered and paid in advance on their mobile app and when I got there they said that what I ordered was not available. They would not give me a refund at the store and said I had to call in to get a refund so I chose an alternative that they offered (the taco salad). The lettuce was fairly dry and it was missing the dressing, the sour cream, and the salsa that is mentioned in the ingredient list and in the pictures. They gave me a small bag of corn chips which had expired a month previous (they were stale). There's no way I will return to this Wendy's.

They always forget something. I just ordered 2 $5 Biggie Bags and a #1. They didn't put sauce in either bag. Maybe they wouldn't have forgot them if the girl in the drive thru wasn't rushing us through our order.

Y’all forgot my Bhocolate Bhip Bookie from my DoorDash order. My Asiago sandwich was good even though you substituted the chicken patty for a spicy one without proper authorization. My fries were fry fragments. $4 for a carton of disappointment. The only fries that were whole were burnt and hard. It felt like I was eating a tree branch.

They are open until midnight tonight and I went at 10:45. They refused to acknowledge the drive thru and the 3 of them are just sitting in the dining room doing nothing all night, not doing their job for the next hour or so.

Some if the Wendy's locations have on gloves and are wearing masks. Some of them not. I did report one location where I ordered from but I am not sure if they are following guidelines.
