Second time coming here and let me tell ya... It was not the same as the first experience. I want to start off by saying I know I'm obviously not qualified in this profession but there were somethings that I noticed. Considering I have very thick and bit curly hair, usually stylists offer to shampoo my hair before the cut even starts. Not only because it's refreshing but I'm sure it makes their job easier. I wasn't asked at all. Fast forward to almost the end of the cut where they ask if everything looks good. I made a request for my sides to be cut a little shorter. She apologized and mentioned that she was "rushing" through my haircut. I'm not sure if it's just me but I don't think that's something you say to a customer especially for a service as such. Near the end of the cut, she thinned my hair out without asking which I thought was strange since I'm always asked if I want that. Throughout the service, I had hair on my face and after it was done, there was hair all over me and inside the back of my shirt. At the end of my cut, there were a couple spots that I felt she could've cleaned up like around the ear, the back of my neck etc. It just felt like either she was new to the profession and didn't really know what she was doing or really didn't care about her job. I would've just gone to Great Clips if I knew the service was going to be this disappointing this time around.
