Unfortunately, our HOA contracted this company. Over a year they have been absolutely terrible. They have consistently failed to fulfill the services that the contract entails and that they receive payment for. Many of the people in the HOA have now refused service (that they have already prepaid) and have instead opted to perform lawncare services themselves or through other professional lawncare services. You know it's bad when you'd rather lose the several hundred dollars you prepaid then let these guys work on your yard. And that's only if they actually bother to show up, which through 2022 has been seldom, if at all, most weeks. I definitely recommend looking elsewhere if you want good and consistent service.

Epic landscape Productions LLC is the worst landscaping team I have ever had paid to care for my property. They do the worst work detailing and pruning and edging/trimming, mowing and with irritation drainage clogs up and overflows. They leave huge amounts of very tall grasses on curb lines that stands two feet above the other cut grass. They mow over trash and large sticks making it way more difficult to pick them up myself? They are supposed to get of their mowers and pick these things up themselves as they com along them. Detail for ew o av s humongous weeds in junipers and alongside buildings and sidewalks. They l age dead grass clippings all over the side all and mulch beds and grass clumps on the grass? Which kills the grass. Their prune job they left several larg tarps worth of trimmings from rose bushes and decorative tall grasses everywhere. I know the standards that they are supposed to uphold yet they fqll so short of these expectations. I am a landscaper and I know how properties are supposed to look. I would never recommend Epic for anything to anybody. Thanks fo charging me an the cost of a small hous for your lousy work which I had to redo everything and go behind! Hem on it all myself! I make it look even close to right and good in any way at all.

Epic installed the sprinkler system at our house. When we called to offer to pay them to come mark their sprinkler lines so we could have a fence installed, they outright refused to perform the service. Predictably, the fence installer came, broke the sprinkler line, and told us Epic had installed the line directly along the boundary instead of inside the boundary as it should have. Still waiting to see if Epic replies to my request for information about getting the line fixed, but I'm not holding my breath. 0 out of 5

Working with EPIC was a great experience! Met with Carson about what we wanted to have done. Didn't know too much about specific plants but their suggestions and recommendations look fantastic. You can tell they take pride in making everything look perfect and they are very competitively priced. EPIC also has followed up multiple times to ensure we didn't have any further questions, and to make sure the plants are looking healthy. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get landscaping done!
