They’ll answer the phone but put you on hold right away and wait for you to get so fed-up on hold that you hang up without them ever coming back on the line. Make sure to ask them to NOT put you on hold if you want to go anywhere with those horribly lazy and unhelpful individuals. Good luck!

By far the worst experience I have had a health clinic. Took my daughters in for a physical and was told I needed to wait upwards of 4 hours in office, unable to leave until they could be seen. Was unable to do so and came back the next day before they opened to be first in line. Was first in line and the lady opening the doors to the clinic let someone and her 2 kids go before us. Finally got in line to be checked in, only to be told once again that I’d have to wait in office for upwards of 2 hours once again unable to leave the office to even go to the car. If I was to leave the office for any reason I’d be removed from line. Your staff is rude as well as unprofessional and your clinic procedure is unacceptable. Will never be back and will recommend no one else comes here either. You will waste more time trying to get service than just going somewhere else. The clinic in Shawnee is top notch.

patient care is very bad at the front desk... they have no courtesy or manners when speaking. They never saw me in the face or in the eyes when they spoke to me... and they act with a very rude attitude... "sit down and wait"
