Pizza was burned and it had hardly any sauce on it. I ordered pepperoni and sausage and there was hardly any on my pizza . So we had to throw it away. I got my money back. We never had this problem before.

Place is a joke. The last 3 times we have ordered from there all of them have been messed up or something forgotten. The final straw was ordering a XL pizza and the one we got was barely a medium in size. My wife and I both have worked in restaurants so we understand mistakes but 3 times in a row....they clearly don't care or training of the staff is poor. Wouldn't be surprised to see this location close from all the bad reviews I see

awful customer service. Needs a complete staff swap. ordered online and was given a 40-50 minute wait time, I’m fine with that. 45mins later I track my order and it hasn’t even started making so I called. the store and was placed on hold, 10mins on hold and no one answered so I hung up and called right back and got someone immediately; clearly they forgot I was on hold. the guy tried to tell me they didn’t have my order as I am looking at it, I worked in a pizza chain I know this excuse when we missed someone’s order this is what we said. I would have appreciated if they had just been honest and tell me they missed it and will expedite it. looking at these reviews, this store clearly needs a change in management

Went into the battlefield location to order a pizza for pickup and they turned me away saying they are only doing delivery. Which makes absolutely no sense. I can’t come in an make your life easier so you do t have to drive anywhere I literally have to go home and wait for a pizza to delivered for twice the price. This is exactly why Chinelos is the number one pizza place on battlefield. Don’t go to papa John’s there a joke.
