Absolutely awful! I made an appointment for my son at 12:40 pm on 8/10/22, I got there around 12:35 but couldn’t find the place and it wasn’t on the mall’s directory either! So I tried calling this place but they would not pick up the phone I called over 5 times! Finally they picked up around 12:50 and I was so relieved because it was just me and my son and I was carrying him running around the mall like crazy trying to not lose our appointment not to mention it was 90 degrees out and my son was already sweating from the heat. They picked up and I explained to them I had an appointment at 12:40 and couldn’t find the place and they still proceeded to put me on hold! When the person I’m talking to on the phone (male, didn’t get his name) answered he asked for my name and I gave it to him and he proceeded to tell me I was ten minutes late for the appointment and it was cancelled! I let him know that I was in the mall on time but they weren’t answering and I couldn’t find the place, he told me either way we’re going on lunch in ten minutes, so I asked if I could please get squeezed for a haircut for my son once they get back, but he told me no because they were already booked and proceeded to tell me I was late either way when I had already clearly told him they were the ones not answering the phone when all I needed was directions. Why would they accept a haircut appointment 20 minutes before they went on lunch either way? He was incredibly rude and was just trying to blame me for the cancellation of the appointment. Horrible service and extremely rude.

Will NOT be going back here. Overall unfriendly vibe for a kids place. My 2 yo is not a fan of getting haircuts, but usually is fine. He has had his haircut multiple times. The lady (Evelyn) that was doing his haircut did not try at all and was slow. Only was able to trim around the bottom and gave up… and still charged me for a trim!?! So now my son has not even half a haircut. If your going to be working in a kids salon, you should be talented enough to work with kids that aren’t completely still and be able to work quick. We love Teresa that use to work here but left due to the new management. (I can see why now) We will only be booking with her at her new place from now on. (Only tried here this time because Teresa was booked out, and I was trying to have his haircut before we left on vacation, never again)

My daughter had her first hair cut ever. This was the First Hair cut Package. $29.99. Not too bad, a little pricy, but the place looks nice and kid friendly. The staff was nice and friendly too. I will probably take my little girl there again.

Great salon for kids. The place is decorated with vibrant colors, kept extremely clean, and the shelves well stocked with haircare products as well as small gifts and toys for purchase. The receptionist was so friendly over the phone and in person. When we arrived my boys were given a warm welcome and they were excited to climb into the airplane chairs. The stylists did an amazing job, and gave them exactly what I asked for. Also, they were incredibly fast. I was happy to be able to pay with my credit/debit card and add the tip. Before leaving they got to pick a small bag from a treasure chest that had a lollipop and small toy. We will definitely be going back. The drive and toll-fare was worth it in my book.
