This afternoon I was driving home and saw my tire pressure signal was on so I stopped by the air pressure machine to check it. I have never actually checked it myself, so I must've looked pretty lost when an associate who happened to be on his break came and offered me help. John checked all of my tires for me, and found my rear passenger wheel was extremely low, probably due to a nail. He advised against me driving home with my car in this condition, and allowed me to leave my car on a walk in basis. He quickly took care of getting my car in the shop. I still waited the normal amount of time, but luckily he was there to help me or who knows what could have happened driving home. Thank you John! I appreciate your kindness and everyone's assistance in helping me today.

Four Stars based on price and installation especially when there is a sale. You pay for it by waiting long hours for new tires or even a rotation and balance. If you decide to shop while waiting, surely you'll be done shopping before your car is ready for pickup. Service is very slow at the desk as well. Sometimes there's nobody at the desk and since your vehicle is on the other side of the building, they frequently have to run in and out to go see it. Tire warranties are pretty much useless unless you pop the tire early on. Your best bet is to wait for a sale with the instant rebate and 1¢ or free installation. I tried booking an appointment on their separate website but was unable to. All in all if you're comparing, the cust service, knowledge, and wait times/appointments are much better at the guys across the parking lot.

These guys saved us a ton of money. We had a nail in one of our tires, and the dealer wanted to change it for about 200 dollars. Went to Costco and they patched it for 10 bucks. They even aired the tires up and torqued them to factory specs. These guys will do right by you!!

I go to Costco for everything. Mainly because of the service and prices. I buy food, medicine, pharmacy, flu shot, vision and glasses. I mean you name it. They're almost my primary lol. Anyway... When our Jeep needed new tires, I shopped around and noticed everyone was selling them for about the same. I've never bought tires at Costco, and while they had them a little more expensive. I bought them there, again mainly the service. All four tires with installation came out to around $850. I scheduled my appointment and showed up a week after my appointment and about 3 days after I received confirmation that the tires were delivered. I show up, not knowing what to do, so I pulled up to the tire garage. Since it was my first time there, I was looking for directon. As I pulled up I noticed three guys talking, they look at me and say "do you need something." With a surprised face I simply said "I have an appointment and I wanted to know what I need to do. They told me to go inside and see the tire guys. So I did. I go inside to the tire counter and the gentleman there is nice, but seemed annoyed. I hope it wasn't me, I just got there lol. Anyway, I ask him how long the wait is and he says "about one and a half hours." I expect a wait, but that seems long if I had an appointment. I didn't mind, I asked him if I can borrow the keys so I can get a couple things out of the car while I wait. He said yes, and I went to my car. I must have taken 10 minutes to come back and he said that they're waiting for me to put the car in. I was confused, but happy. As I gave him my keys, someone from the tire shop called me and says "we are waiting for you, you're killing our time." As he was about to say something else, he paused and starts talking to someone in the shop, he says "o these are the keys." He comes back to me and says "thank you." And hangs up. I shake it off and grab my two toddlers and go walk around. After about an hour and a half, a bunch of free samples, and stuff I don't need in my cart. I come back to "sorry sir, only three of your four tires were delivered." WHAT! I'm starting to get upset but I make it a point to control my emotions. One of my employees recently asked me "how do you do it, why are you never mad." Lol. My emotions is all I have control over, you take that and I have nothing. Anyway, they're like super nice now asking me what I want to do. We figured it out, but now I need to take a second trip to Costco for tires. Costco dropped the ball here so many times, and even though I had a terrible experience with tires (which I probably won't ever buy here again) they are still really good at other things. I wish they would have called me before my appointment to tell me my order was not complete, instead of wasting two and a half hours there. I wish they would have called my like they did with my keys, instead of letting me walk around for one and a half hours eating free samples. I wish that somehow they attempted to right a wrong, instead of telling me to come back. Nonetheless, I will be back bcuz I'm still missing two tires. I paid a lot of money for the tires and I was expecting something different, but all I got was free samples, stuff I'll never use, and two upset toddlers. Sorry for the long story, but had to share.
