Customer service needs improvement. Appointments are made for a reason and can't be postponed when customer is already there.

Went in an hour and a half before closing, for tire change. Selected a certain tire but when I was rung up, a different brand was on reciept. When that was taken care of, I was informed that it would take until closing, to complete the service, which was about 1hr. Not only was the service not complete by that time, but it was finished 45 min AFTER their supposed closing time. I was the only car in the garage. The whole time I could hear the mechanics joking around and no one was around my vehicle for quite some time. No sense of urgency. Terrible experience..

You can look it up and order tires on their website. Must have a membership
They don't do alignments in Costco......!!! Only balance, flat tire repair and installation....!!!
You can check at costco.com or directly at the warehouse / store closest to used. There are several brands and a very good guarantee
