Super slow service even though I ordered something I know they had to cook, wait time seemed excessive. They are probably suffering from staff shortage. I didn't blame them because of a long wait or anything just telling it how it is. At least food was good.

Preordered via phone app 3 lunch special pizza combos. When I pulled into the parking lot I received an email telling me that my order was ready. I waited about 10 mins in the drive thru. Appears as if the person in front of me ordered at the window and the staff just let them sit there, this stopping anyone else from being able to pick up their order until that customer is done, but I digress. Once at the window, the gentleman made contact with me, retrieved my order and asked about the drinks. I told him the drink order and gave me 2 of the 3 ordered drinks and stated he had to go get the 3rd drink. I sat there for about 8 more mins waiting. I knocked on the window, the gentleman returned and said "oh" and left again. About 3 more mins go by and the gentleman returns and says "can you pull around back, one of your pizzas is burned and we have to redo it". I explained that I had already received my pizzas that I just needed the last drink. He then went and retrieved the last drink. At no point was the gentleman disrespectful, he was just absent minded and appeared disorganized. To top it off, one of the pizzas was wrong. My issue is, I don't have an unlimited lunch time, I have to return to work in a timely manner. Photo added to show my order. I will not be back to this location.

Horrible Pizza and service . Preordered pizza just to get there and staff don’t can’t find my order. Telling me one pizza is ready and the other one they have to make another 🤨 than she says oh I found it. When I ordered k ask for all items to be well done. They just handed me an order that was not only not well done but both pizzas and cheesy bread totally undercooked. Over $30 later a complete wash. The worse ever. Prices go up and service and quality down. Not how to run business .

This is the best location in the area. I got a pizza and crazy bread as soon they opened at 11:00 am. I was in and out at 11:03 am. The food was fresh and hot. No waiting!
