I ordered 1 pizza, wings, onion rings, zeppoli, and a 2l drink. My order arrived and everything was cold. The onion rings and pizza were burnt and hard. The wings were supposed to be boneless but I got bone in and I never received my 2 litter drink. I have ordered before and it was great but this time was a disappointment.

Had this delivered through DoorDash. The food was really good, the dinners come with garlic bread and a side salad. The side salads ingredients were fresh and the croutons still dry and crunchy which was awesome. The main entree isn’t something I would call fancy or anything like that but it was a great portion, tasted good, and was hot when it arrived. This is the kind of place I think of when I’m telling someone about a place and it starts with “back in my town”. I love that the salad and garlic bread came came with it.

So the first pizza we ordered arrived when expected which is good. Unfortunately, the bacon on top didn't look like bacon and on further inspection it turns out that whatever it was went bad. So with one of the topics tasting like it had genuinely gone rancid, I asked for a replacement. They were nice on the phone, even though they had now run out of bacon a replacement came rather quickly. Unfortunately, the replacement is the pizza pictured here. So upon receiving said pizza I asked for a refund, which apparently is not something that can be done. So I said farewell to my 55 bucks but at least I have a voucher for another pizza incase I want to roll the dice again. Honestly though, I don't think I'll ever use it because I don't want to risk biting into something and it tasting like vomit again.

Where should I start..? I’ve always ordered my pizzas and More from Sal’s for many years. This is the 2nd time I’ve been disappointed in the last 3 weeks!! I could have made my 4 boys frozen pizzas that actually had melted cheese! I waited for over 2 hours for our order with numerous calls to the store, that could not answer simple questions concerning my order which was $97 (include UEats $121) and was given phone #’s for ME to contact about the order! TOTALLY Disgusted with the “so called” customer service, lack of concern/caring and nonchalant attitude during the 2+ hour runaround. Even tried to pay and order AGAIN & SEPARATELY was told that they ONLY have the 1 driver & is new BUT ~The fact is that it was ordered with the Uber Eats App!!!! Then told they only have 1 driver for Uber Eats!!?!?!? There is more than 1 Uber Eats driver for any restaurant.
