We'd been wanting to order from Ynot Italian thinking that it would be a nice change, (hopefully), from the 'chain' pizza places. We haven't been in the area long & were trying to find a place that hopefully 'stood out' from the rest, (we had a place like that where we were living in Chesterfield). So, we ordered our favorite, Stromboli. I ordered hamburger meat with mine & we always order extra sauce when we get Stromboli. I did not want to give a bad review, but I have to. The hamburger meat in my Stromboli SMELLED like old meat. I ate most of it anyway & shouldn't have as I got sick after eating it. If we had ordered in the store, we could've addressed the issue right then as the old hamburger meat smell was obvious. The sauce was WEAK, no body, barely any flavor to it & even though we had ordered 'extra' sauce, (& paid extra for it), all we got was a tiny cup & that was not even filled up. We hadn't ordered any meat in my husband's meal & were glad that we hadn't, & though his Stromboli was lacking flavor & just disappointing, it didn't make him sick. Thank goodness. All in all, we spent almost $50 for the food & regretted it. We felt ripped off actually. I'm truly sorry that I had to give such a bad review, but there was absolutely nothing good to review unfortunately. I was going to post photos that I thought that I had taken, but couldn't find them.

Pizza was horrible. ordered two pizzas, a supreme and a pepperoni. I got a Pepperoni and a cheese. Had to send my Grandson back to the place 35 minutes later to get the Supreme. Ultimately the pepperoni was dripping with orange grease and the supreme was greasy, covered in too many olives and had canned mushrooms. the cheesy bread was unappetizing as well and remains uneaten. I usually try to review good experiences, but couldn't help but to review this place.

Originally ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza that was so overfilled with watery shredded chicken that it overtook the flavor and was disgusting. However on this one the crust was crispy and delicious. The only good part of this one. Returned and got it switched for pepperoni. Had to wait awhile and when they gave it to me they gave me a box of cookies to apologize for the wait. The pepperoni pizza seemed like it needed a few extra minutes, some pepperonis still looking pinkish towards the middle, some of the crust feeling really soft. Which is a shame because the other one despite its many failures actually got the crust delicious. When someone checked on my pizza after someone else reminded them I was waiting it was clear they left it in too long cause he seemed unhappy and remade a new one. He kept checking and checking this new one and I think his eagerness to get it out because I had been waiting caused it to come out just a bit early. Pizza tastes good but its just not done enough. Now I could be wrong and this is actually normal and I needed to request well done but the pinkish not fully done pepperoni leads me to think otherwise. The apology cookies were delicious, however I came for the pizza, which fell short. I think a better name for this restaurant would just be “Y”, instead of “Ynot”. Because Y would I return if my order is not going to be done correctly and just get forgotten about.

My husband and I had couple of issues when we dined into this restaurant. We waited for a long time for our pizza. We ordered two kinds of pizza in one and messed up the toppings. We were quite upset but the manager was very emphatic and rectified it promptly. The customer service of her and the service over came the issue.

Yes
Probably not this location (Greenbrier.) I was ordering for delivery to the area near Priority Chevy and they didn't deliver there.
Sure
I have no idea what or why a vegan is but the chop salad bar is AWESOME! Is beer vegan kosher? The beer selection is ever better than the chop salad bar.
