Be prepared to wait at least 30/45 mins every time you pick up your prescription and that's not even during prime hours. I only come here because my insurance only allows us to use CVS for our prescriptions and unfortunately this is the closest one.

Worst pharmacy ever, avoid guys. If I could give below I definitely would. Unprofessional, rude, and totally lacks sympathy . When I commented on the service I was told if you don’t like it do not come to this location again. My prescription was submitted after my surgery at about 11 am, was told it will be ready around 3, ask the lady to submit my insurance so I can easily pick up on the drive through. I had to wait 45 min on the drive so that I would told she did not put my insurance in and I must come inside or go around all the cars to wait another 40 min because of their mistake. So I went in to find it ready just they want make it extra hard for someone with a surgery and no pills from 11 until 6:22 pm. Never gonna be back. CVS SHOULD BE ashamed of it’s employees and overall experience

Pharmacy closes 1:30pm-2pm for lunch…I had my doctor called in a prescription on a Monday 11am…came to pick up on Tuesday 2:30pm and it was not ready for pickup..they asked me to come back at 8pm.. I enrolled in the text message system

The worst CVS I have ever dealt with. I've been taking the same prescriptions for years. They're supposed to be on auto fill, and they are never filled on time at this location. Once, I went to pick it up 2 days after it was supposed to be filled and was told that it still wasn't ready because it wasn't in stock. I can't understand how a pharmacy could be out of stock of common medications that people take daily. I especially don't understand how a prescription I have on auto fill every 90 days wasn't stocked beforehand. The last time I got a text saying the prescription would be auto filled in a few days and I would receive another text when it was ready. After a few days I went in to pick up my husbands prescription anyway and inquired as to what "a few days" meant to them since I still had not heard back about my auto filled prescription & I was told that they never started working on it but could have it ready in an hour. I went back in an hour and was told that it was ready, but the pharmacist needed to sign off on it, and they were busy giving covid vaccines. I waited by the recovery area where 2 patients who had received their shots recovered and left as I waited. I stood there for another 45 mins waiting. Here we are again, my prescription is up for auto fill. I have received the text message saying it would be auto filled in a few days on 3/4. I knew that it was supposed to be autofilled on 3/6. On 3/7 I still had not received a text saying that it was ready for pick up (as expected from the previous message I had received) so instead of spending an hour in the store, I checked the app before heading there. The app indicated that they had not refilled it. I clicked the option to have it refilled manually. On 3/8, I checked the app again since I still hadn't heard anything about when I would get this prescription that was supposed to be auto filled 2 days ago. According to the app, it was ready for pick up. I am signed up for texts and calls. I receive texts saying things will be done that don't get done on time and I also get tons of texts asking if I want prescriptions refilled that I no longer take but somehow I don't get texts to notify me to pick up prescriptions when they finally get them done. It makes no sense. This location is just unreliable and unacceptable, to say the least.
