No, they absolutely do not care. I had called and waited on hold for 50 minutes, only to be told to contact my local office and was given a phone number that did not work. Then drove to the office to be shut out by the security guard, who demanded that I wear a mask while standing in the entrance, and then he informed me that the building is closed to the public and no one is on staff to print the receipt I was asking for. I was told to instead call the phone number on the door, and it happens to be the same number that is out of service. I called again anyway, and still, the number did not work. There is no way to contact the local office by phone, making everything much more difficult than it should be. I got absolutely nowhere close to getting what I needed and it ended up being a huge waste of my day.

I believe 9 to 4 but you can basically only drop documents off unless you manage to get an appointment depending on the issue. You would go ahead and go in, there is a security guard that will direct you in what you need to do.
