Absolutely terrible customer service. I have tried to call the finance department for over 4 weeks now to cancel an extended warranty. The first time I called the finance guy told me I have to talk to kia to get rid of it. When I called them they told me that was incorrect the dealership is responsible for that. 5 minutes later I called back and they wouldn't answer my call at all. I have tried over and over left voice messages and no answer. I have left messages for the GM no returned calls. I am supposed to deploy and I can't even get help from Bob sight kia to cancel something. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I will never do business here nor will I recommend them to anybody.

Salesman was decent. Finance guy was a tool. They let 6 banks run my credit and didn’t inform me they were sending my info to any of them. Thanks for the hit on my credit score.
