Your unauthorized driver then wrecked our vehicle, and your insurance denied the claim because he was not authorized to drive the vehicle. We explained in our contract, unauthorized drivers should not be driving your vehicle for this specific case since insurance will not cover the vehicle, and if you chose to do so you will be held liable for the damages. Their service dept really sucks they do half assed work we went through 2 different cars and decided to go with another company bc that was in less than 2 months our cars were only on the road maybe 2 weeks
