Landmark refuses to refund money for prepaid services never started nor scheduled. This review is long overdue but worth the read to not get scammed like we did. We purchased a used Ford F-150 from Landmark Jan 2019. The truck was extremely clean, low mileage, and excellent condition. That’s where the good part ends. Just a couple days after the 30 day warranty, the rear window shattered after remote starting the truck and the rear defroster blew out the window. Landmark took zero responsibility for the issue, and it cost over $750 to replace the back window. Had the truck been inspected properly, the rear defroster issue could have been caught. First oil change comes around- my boyfriend always changes his own oil at home (20+ years). The oil filter was cranked on so tight by Landmark, it broke 2 filter wrenches and he spent 10+ hours over 2 days to get the oil filter off!! After that, it was decided that Landmark would never touch this truck again. When Landmark was advised of the issue- they acted like it wasn’t their fault. WHO changed the oil before you sold the truck?! WHO is to blame? Are you saying your service dept never changed the oil prior to selling? Rewind back to the original purchase- an agreement was made to put a protective ceramic coating over the heat shield. This $600 purchase was financed into the loan at the time of purchase. We tried several times to schedule this service and there was always an excuse as to why it couldn’t be done or the person who does the work was always unavailable. After the issue with the rear window, oil filter, and being unable to schedule the prepaid service, we contacted Landmark Dodge advising of the issues again and requested a refund for the work that had not been completed. Landmark agreed and advised to call the lender- so we did. The lender advised that the loan amount was already paid to Landmark and any refund needs to be worked out with them. This makes the most sense- but after several back and forth phone calls, Landmark refused to refund money for the work they never completed. If scam artists and unethical practices is what you like, go to Landmark- if you want integrity and honesty, find someplace else. I will never recommend Landmark to anybody. Hey Landmark, you still owe us money!!! I want my $600!!

WARNING ⚠️!! WARNING ⚠️!! WARNING ⚠️!! What dealership wouldn't be great on selling you a car, they're making money off you. Don't get your vehicle repaired there. First off, they didn't want to list all the damage, cause they didn't want it to be totaled out, cause their in it for the money. I only had rear bumper damage, but when get my car back, I have dust rings in my cloth seats, and they only had car for 2 weeks. So that means they had my doors open or windows down the whole time. Deep scratches to my front passenger side light and bumper. Missing rubber stubs to my front wheel cover, broken mirror, and when I got my car back, I was missing all my Dodge emblems to my vehicle. WARNING ⚠️ I ONLY HAD REAR BUMPER DAMAGE. I got a call from the GM, He was only worried about the reviews, and I was told we was going to get the situation straightened out. They never gave me a call back. Sad situation. by far the worst dealership I've ever experienced. I wouldn't go there to even get a oil change. This is on the Dodge Side, not Jeep and Chrysler.

On Feb. 22,2019 called bout a Title that I never received was told I had to Pay for an Inspection & $50.00 for a Replacement Title by Chad the General Manager in Used Car Sales when I proceeded to tell him I never received the Title so why would I have to Pay he told me he was trying to Help me to make a Long Story Short Chad HUNG UP IN MY FACE I called back for Corporate Number which I never got they did get someone on the phone that did help get it resolved. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PPL you are the Face Representing Landmark & this is how you Treat CUSTOMERS
