Staff is always friendly! At 5p on a Saturday evening the order and service was fast. Food was served hot and up to expectations for taste and authenticity. There is almost never a wait time to be seated and when there is, it's worth the wait. A great hidden gem in Independence

customers are required to wear a face mask, practice social distance, have sanitizer at multiple spots within restaurant. Employees are required to wear their face mask all the times. If any employee experiences any cold like symptoms or just don't feel well, they are send home to prevent the spread of any germs or virus

Compa means friend. Los Compas mean the friends. From the looks of things their food sure look mighty friendly.
