Gary - thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, you're speaking of Douglas Tires which is a tire brand sold by Wal-Mart. These tires, from our research, are manufactured by Goodyear. We're simply an independent automotive repair shop in Lee's Summit, Missouri off of Douglas Street - no relation to the tire manufacturer sold at most Wal-Marts. Sorry for the confusion, it's not the first time we've run into this.
More importantly, these guys wont make up some BS repair to make easy money off you. If they find something that truly needs repair, you can feel confident they're not conning you. They even sent me to another shop for a muffler because they don't generally do that.
