I would give zero stars if I could... MISSED 3 out of the last 4 pick-ups. When I called, I had to leave a message, a few days later I got a call. They said it might have something to do with our trash can being unmarked. They sent out stickers that were labeled with their log and information and two days later the trash got missed again, missing 4 of the last 5 pick-ups. No pun intended but this company is TRASH!

If I could give no stars I would this has been one of the absolute worst customer experience I have called 7-8 times with in the last week no one has called me back I have emailed the email on the website and no returned emails. My trashed has been missed atleast 5x in the last 3 months. It shouldn’t be this hard. I have been a customer for the last 2 years. I will leave a review on every thing I possibly can until I get a response.

This has to do with Constable Sanitation weekly trash pick up services. You, as a customer, MUST WATCH YOUR BILLS and when you inquire about services or costs, you must be very, very specific about what you’re inquiring about. Else, your bill will increase based on a conversation only, not an agreed-upon request. Our bill increased based solely on a conversation about recycling pick up, and never did we request that specific service. CS insisted we did not pay our bill fully (we paid the usual cost for basic trash pick up like we have for years), therefore did not pick up our weekly trash 2 weeks in a row. They never, ever communicated with us our bill was unpaid, they literally stopped their service. It takes them forever to return phone calls, and cut you off when they place you on hold. After everything was settled and the recycling aspect was taken off our bill, CS then wanted to charge us a $10 fee to return to our driveway to pick up the trash that their own ineptness caused to be missed. They tout extraordinary customer service, but they, like so many businesses in today’s society, really don’t care whether they lose a customer or not.

If I could, I would leave a 1/2 Star Review. This is ridiculous. I called at 3pm on Friday, August 6th and I didn't get a call back. So I figured it was late in the day. No problem. I've been waiting for a callback since that time and now it's August 12th. I called 3 times today and left one message. You mean to tell me that you have no one covering the phones and can't return a call to a prospective customer? I saw the Google reviews and that was enough to tell me to go with another trash service. I'm going with One Planet in Lee's Summit. Poor Customer Service. I mean really, can't even return my call back that following Monday. Yeah, my decision will be with One Planet Sanitation and they average 4.5 Stars.
