Have bought several pieces of equipment from L&L and used them for all maintenance. Tried taking mower blades off of push mower to take in to sharpen. The bolts were put on with air impact at last fall maintenance performed by L&L and won't budge using 3/4" drive breaker bar. Called to take in and was quoted blades off mower 1-2 days blades on mower 1 1/2-2 weeks if tech had to take them off. If they had been properly torqued I could of removed them. Update: Steve Kraft reached out to me immediately and was responsive to my issues. Steve was able to aide me in my issue and assisted in helping me out. Thank you Steve for your help.

Zero customer service absolutely zero respect for the customer I called got a price for for a couple of belts quoted me the price of the belt on the phone and then change the price upon pick up. I mentioned the price quoted on the phone was different from what he's trying to charge me, he just says that's the price with absolute disdain for the customer yeah yeah if this was a monopoly and there is no other John Deere dealer in the area it will be way worse. My first and last time buying anything here. I appreciate that there is a current economic situation all over the country. However this is no excuse for every business establishment to latch on to for their lack of service or inconsistent Practices or lack of integrity. This was not for an item that was within days of order. I was on the phone as I was driving to the location while the price was being given to me on the phone. I arrived at the business within minutes of getting off the phone. While I was on the phone, i was placed on hold to physically check and confirm the two John Deere belts were on the shelve. Suddenly, the price change? You cannot blame this on Supply Chain - absolutely no! The response from this business shows that they really do not care and ONLY wish to downplay customer complaints. Your response is not genuine - NOT HELPFUL.

All customers and employees are required to wear appropriate PPE per Jackson County Guidelines. We are happy to offer curbside assistance should any customer need to do so.
You might want to give them a call in the morning I could not tell you if they accept it or not I'm pretty sure they probably do
