Since I HAVE TO FIVE AT LEAST ONE STAR… Made an order for pickup, one item was supposed to be a BOWL of chicken noodle soup. Instead I paid a bunch of money for broth, 3 tiny pieces of chicken and two little chips of carrots. No noodles. Seriously? Is anyone awake while making soup? Are they even awake putting soup into a container? If I wanted chicken broth I would have opened a can. I also a ordered the strawberry chicken salad. When did you guys get so cheap? A few bits of chicken and two strawberries does NOT a strawberry chicken salad make. But hey, I got lots of lettuce, WOOHOO… cheapos. And finally, a pepperoni pizza… 8 slices of pepperoni… SERIOUSLY?? I can’t believe how bad this order is. I did pickup because I have an injured leg and was unable to dine in. Guess I should have so I could send it all back and save my money. Boo hiss Panera… your quality has been going downhill FOR SOME TIME and this I think is the end for me.

I used the kiosk to order the new teriyaki chicken and broccoli warm bowl to go. And, I also ordered an Asiago bagel with cream cheese. (Also to go.) I have three issues. First, it's a small point, but the kiosk asked if I wanted plastic wear. It made the comment about how Panera is concerned about the environment. Since I was taking it home where I had my own utensils, I said I did not want plastic utensils. They put a knife and fork in the bag anyway. So much for being concerned about the environment. The second larger issue is the amount of food. As you see in the photo, the bowl is not even close to being full. It tastes really good, but is sparse on the volume of food. Third, I could be wrong, but if I remember correctly, you used to get a small, individual container of plain cream cheese included in the cost of the bagel. Now, you have to pay over a dollar for a small container. This is a big waste of my money.

Ordered sausage flatbread. Got a flatbread with empty red spaces where pepperoni was removed. This is not good!!!!
