I went on November 18, 2021 for a pain close to the elbow, which was diagnosed as Tennis elbow. They gave me a very painful injection (it should be noted that while the Doctor was injecting me, He told me: if I tell you how the procedure is, you won't let yourself do it) and it's true. If I had known what it was like, I would not do it, for 2 reasons: one, because in addition to being painful, it was traumatic, and the second and most important: Nobody warned me about the secondary effects of the injection, which I now suffer. The cortisone penetrated so deeply that it eliminated the melanocytes, I have hypersensitivity and now I have to go to another specialist to see if I can recover the appearance of my elbow, because even the bone looks almost exposed, the skin around it is discolored and it is too Sensitive to touch. Not knowing makes us pay the price, and how expensive it costs sometimes!

I had a fracture in the middle finger of my right hand almost a year ago and it was out of desperation that I did not have a specialist doctor that I made the consultation with this doctor, the WORST thing I could have done. From the beginning they make you sign a lot of documents where they evade any responsibility with the patient before, during and after consultations and / or surgery, not satisfied with that they seek the way to get as much as they can from health insurance, they do not care your health or integrity but to charge. In the first consultation the doctor told me that it was something simple and did not need surgery and it turned out that they gave me an appointment for a clinic, (I was ignorant of the process and where they perform the procedures since it was my first time using insurance). They lay on a gurney and completely anesthetized me to operate on my finger. I had not been prepared, the doctor never told me that he was going to perform surgery and in addition to this he made me malpractice, my finger remained immobile and completely twisted. After that, in each consultation the treatment was the worst, they make you wait, once you go to the doctor's consultation it does not take 5 minutes to examine you, you are like an object, he does not answer your questions, he gets upset if you say no you see improvement and it is justified in the recovery time. To this date, I am still paying for his HEAVY SERVICE and my finger, despite the multiple therapies, was worse than that day came. In short he is a SCAMMER !!!

The operating system of the office does not respond to the interests of the patient, the person who puts a protection on your hand after the operation is the same one who seeks the approval of the insurance so the waiting time is unacceptable. Balaguer hears you making a comment about the operation of the office, he rebukes you in a bad way in front of the rest of the patients. I was explaining to my wife on the phone why I was delaying and he aggressively interrupted me in addition to lying about what I was saying And on top of that, I ordered the police to be called. Or be careful with the behavior of the doctor who thinks that as a surgeon he did a good job. The office staff is not very explanatory inside the premises, you are a commodity.
