Let’s start off by saying that the doctor is actually good, but the receptionist is rude and doesn’t know how to communicate effectively with the patients when it comes to an issue. Very rude!!

Try calling as a new patient, I was told new appointment only until March. I told her I had an eye infection and the person on the other end of the phone told to go else where...I guess the reviews are true. Will never call again

There are many types of cigna's products, we take most. It is best to call with your member number and our staff can look up your individual plan
We see patients under the age of 50 only for medical problems. Patients are not seen only for the prescription of contact lenses or glasses. This helps keep appointments more available for patients who need medical treatment from an ophthalmologist.
