I’ll give them a 3 just because when you have the right employees working they make the best smoothie!! But if not you might get a runny smoothie. Besides that. Best taste and is soo refreshing !! TRY IT OUT and make sure is nice and thick :P

Offers everything from fresh fruit to alkaline water refills to sea moss to energy/health shots. Food is very fresh and made to order in store! Portion: Smoothies are offered in a small and regular size. The regular is enough for me as a grown man. Food is portioned to get you full...which I LOVED! Vibe: Located in City Center, location, location, location! Very convenient! *TAKE NOTE THAT THE CAFE AND AMOOTHIE STORE ARE NEXT DOOR TO EACH OTHER* Food: Foodnoptions are great. Traditional to Caribbean flavors. All salads can be made into Wraps. Great seasonings and flavors. Smoothies: Chunky fruit, good flavors, doesn't taste "sugary". Overall recommendation: VERY, VERY,VERY SATISFIED! I will return and the customer serive is always A1. Loved the Playlist, the art work and to see a minority owned black business thrive. It was my first time and it was delicious... I got Dr Green drink delicious... and pepperoni Flatbread pizza for my toddler... he enjoyed that and the mixed fruit cup.. I ate sugar cookie, and it was so moist and sweet 😋.... forgot I was counting calories lol...will go back for a smoothie

Great lunch! I discovered this place earlier, and got a smoothie. Saw a patron enjoying one of their flatbreads. It looked so good, I wanted to try them for lunch. However, when I went to order the BBQ flatbread, they were out! Ahh man…. I settled on the BBQ on a spinach wrap. The wrap was loaded with corn black beans, lettuce and BBQ. It was great! I can’t wait to go and try the flatbread pizzas.
