Negative: This hotel is more for people to live, than a long stay on a visit. Office was only open 11-7, no extra towels, you have to schedule housekeeping (which I wasn't told) and half the lights didn't work.

Me and my family only been here for a week and so far it’s the cleanest, respectful facility I been two yet out of the four I intown suites in this city and Nichole is more then helpful when it comes to doing her job she’s the best . 5 stars everyday .

Don't stay here the manager steals. If you pay over the amount for your room she will pocket your remainder instead of putting it on your room. If you have a smoking room, when you leave she will go in your room and go thru your stuff and take anything useful to her. Only housekeeper don't clean anything before COVID and even now. They don't want to give out any clean laundry except when they had another housekeeper. She was the only one that would help and clean anything. They never could keep employees. Dumpster stay full so it's always trash on the ground. I spoke to other guest here and they have confirmed she steals and lie. The manager changes the price when after you already paid and been there. I don't get anything for coming out my pocket more. Not worth the headache to stay here.

I am so happy I decided to stay at Inn town suites for my family and I . The Manager Nichole was extremely helpful and courteous to us throughout our stay. I previously stayed at another Inn town Suites a few months back and let’s just say i never thought I would ever return, however, I decided to give another location a try and WOW! Absolutely Blown Away by the cleanliness, comfortability, affordability, and GENUINE KINDNESS & Respect I experienced!! The rooms are Nice, well- maintained, Good- size, great bathroom, kid Friendly, safe, and the beds are Comfy! Friendly staff, very well maintained property! If it Wasn’t for NICHOLE I Would Have Never have Known What a True Inn town Suites experience was, and for that I will Always book my future stays there! The service is the best in town IMO! Thanks Inn Town Suites and Nichole ( 💛) for Your Authentic And kind service!
