I bought a 200 dollars Target Visa Gift card yesterday I couldn’t use it on Netflix, so I asked the guy who works there, his name Zachary for help, he took my card and after 5 minutes he told me everything done I came back home and checked my card balance at my balance.com, all money gone ( O dollar $) Today, I met Lisa ( Target manager over there) and asked her help, but she did not nothing Bad experience and so disappointed that place Terrible service ( 6/25/2022)

I’m thrilled the Target automated system offered to bring me here to publicly post a review of my recent pickup order. As if singularly focused on demonstrating how not to design automated systems, let me share how my latest shopping shines a light on how miraculous it all is that we crawled out of the water and aimed for the trees in the first place: My order was picked up from three separate areas: one thing in one (reinforced yet unreasonably tight for its purpose) plastic bag, two things in another from another fridge about 10 feet away. For the rest of my order, the Target Associate asked me to follow her and led me to the entrance where she told me to wait, confusing me and blocking customers entering the store. The rest of my order was brought out in two trips, where I discovered that I did not actually want my bedside table lamp to come from the armpit of the Target Associate. Too embarrassed, I awkwardly counted the funny looks I was being given while loitering by the toilets with my gear: six. Target, this demeans all of us. To the a/b testing department in charge of dry running all these app orders, fulfilment and reviews: Keep banging those rocks together, guys!

target is such a amazing store but it's great value great selection an amazing customer service, this store was clean and was able to find myh products i needed to find. it was busy but busy for a holiday day.
