My doggies were supposed to have an appointment today, but we didn't receive a call or update telling us you were closed. I understand safety comes first, but would have appreciated a call. At the time of confirmation was told we would …Each employee was given a printout of every one of their appointments for this entire week. These were given to each employee on Christmas eve before closing. I spoke with each of my employees this morning before we would have opened and each said they had called to notified their clients. I can not say why you did not receive your call or at least a voicemail but I do apologize for any I convenience it caused you and your pets.

Olivia Newton Jones (My little Yorkie) looked so cute when I picked her up. I don't know what is is about this place but Olivia is actually excited when we pull up and park. She knows where we are and she can't wait to get out of the truck. She suffers from separation anxiety and barks like crazy whenever I have to leave her with anybody but NOT when it comes to U.P.s Best Pet Grooming. They've been taking care of Olivia for a few years now and she has been cared for by all of the Groomers and not once have I been unhappy. I'll never take her anywhere else.
