I love using curbside pick up WHEN they actually bring my food on in about 5 min like they claim. Even 10 min when busy is fine but 20-30 min with not a word?

I could not order from inside the store for take out. My kids take a while to pick their order since we do not eat fast food often and we had no choice but to order through the app or go through the drive thru. We got 3 drinks and 4 sandwiches for over $14. That was all from the VALUE menu. I will pass on them from now on.

DON’T use curbside pickup if you have a time window. i’ve had several times where i had to wait upwards of 30 minutes to get a simple order with only a few items… curbside pickup is EXTREMELY low priority here. i will see 10 cars get their orders before me, when i ordered before all of them.
