Called on phone to ask about an underglow kit installation. I explained that I had one on the vehicle that quit working. They called me back on Monday and quoted me $481 installed. Upon arrival, I again mentioned the underglow that is currently on there. Now, I am told $65 more for removal. The kit I have on there now came with the remotes AND the phone control module for under $100 and installation was only 2 hours. The salesman here said the module if I wanted it would be more than $60 or the price I paid for the entire underglow. Definitely disappointing that the kit doesn’t include the module as that is pretty standard and the kit itself is priced at more than double what I could get a better kit on Amazon for. Never again will I put my money in their pockets. They have done tint for me too. Sadly I think it has gone down hill since then. It only took 2 hours and I was charged for 5 WTH!

I purchased a display model $1,300 car display and had ran new wires myself. I explained that I just purchased the unit and wanted to pay for someone to see why the amps weren’t turning on. They said for sure and scheduled me for 8:30 am. They called the next day to say they wouldn’t look at it unless I paid for a new install to run new wires, which were already in the vehicle and brand new. I asked why I would need to be charged for new wiring and the labor involved and they disregard the question and said they wouldn’t wouldn’t look at the issue they said they would look at the day before, without me paying an entire install fee. Terrible business practices.
