Went on Saturday to look at a few vehicles. Test drove a few with Myles and found the right one for us. We were not prepared to make a purchase on Saturday because we had dinner reservations. We informed Myles that we would be back Monday to buy it. His response was great. Just come sign a buyers agreement. 2 hours later we are still sitting in his office. We missed dinner. Finance manager came in and we explained our situation and he finally let us go. We returned Monday to buy the car. Brooke was great on Monday. Our service tech that explained the car (garcion maybe) was awesome. We love the car but hated the run around we got on Saturday. Seemed like Myles had a sales goal to meet and disregard our requests to meet it. Probably won’t buy from here again.
