I called beforehand to make sure they took walk ins for testing. When I go there, they were rude & almost refused to take me (even tho I got there early when they just opened). The clinician said “there’s no telling what she has” talking about me bc I wanted testing & refused to allow me testing. Terrible experience. I felt belittled & not taken care of.

They take walk ins. It's best to schedule though bc you have to wait until all appointments go before they will take you. You can get appointments really quick, too.
It depends on if you have an appointment or not. About 20 minutes with appointments. It could take hours with a walk in
It's totally confidential. You do not need a parent to go there and get birth control. They will not tell your parents. They won't even call and leave message saying who they are unless given permission to do so.
