Everything was going good until I was laying on the machine and the piece they snap in place got snapped on my arm that I did labwork in not even 30 minutes prior. No apologies no nothing. I hope I don't have to go back here because that was very unprofessional.

My wife had an MRI here and we were very happy with our service. They took very good care of us, wait was less than we expected to go back and the radiology tech I am Dawn was extremely gentle, understanding, informative, and professional throughout the entire process. The "open MRI" in this particular room was very close to the face and still very uncomfortable for people who may be claustrophobic; hiwvee, still better than being inside of a tube.

Eisenhower Imaging Center is contracted with Cigna, however, please contact your insurance company per your policy guidelines for diagnostic imaging. Hi Mary, The La Quinta Imaging Center is open for X-Ray only on a walk in basis Monday-Friday from 8-4:30. We are not currently open on Saturdays
