35 minutes on phone. Transferred to no one had to start over. Then message we’re assisting others call back. Multiple times-worst service ever.

Don’t bother with this location. I stopped yesterday to open an account and was told there was no time available in the afternoon to open an account. I could see three people doing nothing

Do not put any real money here. Only do wire transfers for large sums. They are not equipped for real banking and put holds on everything. Very inconvenient. Sapphire worthless when they can’t even support $25k.

You can open an account online now. With out ever actually seeing a bank teller, sorry I don't know if you need an appointment to open one in person though.

I have a brother in another State who is unable to conduct his financial affairs. His pension checks are currently being directly deposited into his account. How can a family member take responsibility?

I am not certain, but perhaps a power of attorney or have him put another person on the account to help manage it until he is able to do so.
