I had a video appointment at 12:20. I called the office around 10 am to inquire about the link I was supposed to receive for the video visit as informed by the reception last 3 days before. I confirmed my upcoming appointment with him and also on the email they sent so it’s clear that they knew I plan to attend my appointment. I called about 5 times and left voicemail and online message as I wasn’t hearing anything back. Finally someone called me back at 12:47 saying Dr. Argawal is running late with her morning appointment and expect to receive the link within 1 hour. It was annoying but I said okay I’ll wait . 3 hours came by and did not receive and link or call. It seems like my appointment is forgotten at this point. I called the next day to inquire what happened to my appointment and was told I was marked “no Show”. I’m in disbelief at this point. How can I possibly be no show for something I couldn’t show up for because they didn’t send a link to do the visit and did not call me to make it at least a phone call visit. I was waiting the whole afternoon and attempted to call them. There was no apology or any attempt to reschedule my appointment that day. I cannot express enough how disappointed I am by this experience.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr Agarwal for 2 years now. We Love her!! Yes her office wait can be long but she takes great care of us!! She takes her time and answers all of our questions. I’ve been told countless times by my Eisenhower doctors I should get a primary at Eisenhower but I refuse because I feel she genuinely takes great care of us. We met her during COVID and again addressed all of our fears and concerns. She’s awesome and we are grateful to have her as our Primary Care Doctor.

She spends very little time with patients and tho she is nice she doesn't seem to listen. What the point if you cannot discuss issues with your doctor
