I simply cannot recommend Amelia enough. She transformed my hair entirely - in only 3 hours. She knew exactly what I wanted and achieved the perfect color while still leaving my hair healthy and strong. I left the salon today with the best hair of my life. I will definitely be returning!

I never take the time to post a negative review but this is my 3rd unpleasant experience with them (my fault for continuing to give them chances but I won’t be going back). I really don’t get why this place has such high reviews :/ I got a horrible balayage back in March, a bright blonde against my dark brown hair after I mentioned wanting it natural and subtle (and showed pictures!) I then went back to tone it and the environment was awkward and unwelcoming. I decided not to review as I understand we’re all human but I just left after I had called and stated I ONLY needed a trim, no blowdry. I arrived and was told $90 is with or without a blowdry and how they don’t offer haircut-only services. Why wasn’t this mentioned when I called? $120 haircut (with tip) is insane - even for NY. The receptionist/overall customer service is so condescending too - main reason why I’m leaving this review.
