I simply called for information about testing and NEVER once mentioned that I wanted to cut in line and receptionist cut me off and told me I have to wait in line like everyone else lol Times are tough right now but apparently professionalism is out the window here.

To be honest I don't think anyone wants to be in an urgent care. Anything can irritate and give a "bad experience" in these cases. As someone that didn't want to be there today I can say I didn't have anything to complain about. Quick and professional service.

Yes we take Medicare
If need be they can send you down the hall to desert advanced imaging for x-rays. They are at same address
