We own our lots and so it’s different than many communities We are a POA not an HOA in the state of Florida this gives us different rules that we follow. We are a 100% 55+ community. Residence must have one person who is 55 or over, everyone else in the home must be over the age of 45 if they are a resident. Those under 45 may visit for two weeks a calendar year. We have no size or pound limit on dogs 🐕 We are a volunteer-based community everyone working in the office is a volunteer. Many other duties and responsibilities in our community are done by volunteers. Homes up for sale are often listed on Zillow or Realtor.com You might want to contact a realtor in this area to find out when homes go on the market. Our application for residency is also on the website.
