Don’t come here. So unprofessional the front desk lady is super rude . The whole process to see the doctor was horrible. You come in wait for a room only to tell you that you MUST take a COVID test to see the doctor then send you back to your car to wait again to see the doctor after results to wait for a room . The whole process took about two hours or more.

Front desk lady is so rude! First thing she asked for was about our mask.we didn't have one as we left in a hurry to the URGENT CARE" ,she said they don't provide masks and refused to take us in after driving 30 mins to have my sick child checked

NEVER AGAIN! I'd had bad experiences with Premier before, but hadn't been to this location and because the other urgent cares in the area were closed and the ER across the street is tiny, always crowded, and they have more serious patients to treat, so I decided to give this location a shot. Support staff were friendly and professional, but I found the doctor to be rude, judgmental, insulting, unprofessional in demeanor and appearance, showing no discernible signs of empathy, compassion, or even the most basic regard for my well-being. I went in for an ear infection and because my previous primary care physician was no longer available, my newly assigned pcp wouldn't give me an appointment until over a month later, and I was completely out of anti-nausea med's. The doctor refused to treat the ear infection or to prescribe more than 2 week's worth of my non-narcotic, non-addictive, non-mind-altering nausea med's, which I have been taking regularly for 20 years. So, now I have to go to another urgent care or the ER for the exact same issues. Unless you find comfort in being judged, insulted, and dismissed or you just have some time to kill, there's probably nothing for you here except frustration and annoyance, which is exactly what I left with.
