Very rude experience with her staff & her. She was recommended to me after not having a child for 12 years. It was my 2nd appointment there.Her staff is rude and don’t know what they’re doing, they don’t confirm patients or do reminder calls “because they don’t do that there” they don’t pre chart before the appointments because “ they don’t do that there” so what do they do? It was my 2nd time there and will not be going back. The waiting time it’s ridiculous because she double book patients thru out the day & the 2 times i was there i waited 2:30 hours to be seen when i had an “appointment”? they didn’t have my results that i had been waiting for, for more than a month, and. No one bother to call me to let me know that my results were not in, instead i missed one of the appointments because i had my days mixed and they made me go back again to make me wait 2:30 hours and to tell me that they didn’t have my blood results & that i had to re do my blood work again… WOW Terrible & un profesional Medical Office.. But yes this will be the last claim she does for me to my insurance for a service it wasn’t needed . Eva Rocha

Currently waiting for a room. I’ve been here since 1:30pm and still waiting it’s currently 2:53pm. Not only that but I can see one of the MA’s not being sweet like the rest. I can see all these people going ahead of me and yet no call. Think about coming here twice.

Dr Sevilla is very rude. Let me start by saying she is not even my obgyn. I had a baby via c section on 6/21/21 I woke up running a fever this morning. I called my obgyn’s office to request a call back since it is Sunday. For some reason Dr Sevilla called me back. She did not even let me explain myself cut me off mid sentence and said it sounds like I have covid. Because I have a fever? She has no customer service skills and should not be taking call for other physicians if she’s not gonna take the time to listen to their patients.
