This Independent and Assisted Living Community is the best! I appreciate the friendly and warm residents. It's such a 'vibrant' neighborhood to live in! And the associates and directors are so welcoming and understanding and always willing to help!

I absolutely enjoy working with the terraces team not only are they a hop skip and a jump away but Carrie is always willing to jump in and help at my community whenever I ask! This independent living community is definitely one to be envied and it’s cost efficient compared to the others around, if you’re looking for a great place to live and to work with an amazing Director of sales and marketing, Carrie is the one ask for her!

It depends on the layout/space you want. Starting at $2900 to $3900 a month which includes your meals, laundry etc. Its a very nice place which my mother is there.
There is a facility, Stock Ranch Assisted Living, that costs the same as Terraces and the caregiving, facility, and food are superior. Do yourself a favor and go see it. Neither facility provides a furnished apartment. You will need to ask them what their current prices are. Best of luck to you!
